Presentation: New Law on Associations and Foundations - Paphos 2017

The NGO Initiative and the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung invite you to a presentation of the New Law on Associations and Foundations.

In June 2017 a new law for Associations and Foundations in Cyprus has been adopted by the Parliament which introduces several changes that NGOs are required to adapt to. Associations and Foundations will require detailed information and support in order to meet the requirements of the new law. The presentations will include step-by-step instructions on what each Association or Foundation will have to do in order to meet the requirements of the new law. The event will also serve to answer questions and concerns as well as to collect unclear points that need to be further clarified with the relevant Ministry. 3pm – 5pm
